At-Home Manicure
Manicure System from Olive and June – So, I am horrible at painting my own nails. Awful. And I’m a nail biter. I want nice nails, but I do not want to pay or maintain the salon appointments to keep them looking good. I’ve been reading about the at-home manicure system from Olive and June for a while now, and this week I took the plunge. While I’m not a pro yet, my nails look the best they have ever looked without a trip to the manicurist. If I can do this, anyone can do this. Trust me.

“That Sounds Fun: The Joys of Being an Amateur, The Power of Falling in Love, and Why You Need a Hobby” by Annie F. Downs – This book was released this spring, but I’m just getting around to it. I am listening on Audible, it is read by Annie, and I’ve already cried at least once per chapter. The stories, takeaways, and great insight on what drives our need to find fun are good for my soul as I am trying to round the corner on the pandemic-funk. Highly recommend this one, friends.
